How do you interact with your customers? Is it painful or painless?
I am sitting in the chair at the prosthodontist. I have a lot of sental work that needs to be done. I could be here a while.
Recognizing that, they have a nice flat screen TV (that goes completely horizontal) with a movie ready for me.
The chair is leather and comfortable Did I mention it massages me too? The room is bright and warm.
I hate going to the dentist. This is not your traditional dentist visit. They've gone out of their way to make it comfortable. They didn't have to.....but guess what, it made me write about it WHILE I am in the chair.
How do you anticipate your customer needs and then tailor their experience to meet those?
