Turning off Automatic Image Downloads in Outlook

To turn off automatic downloads in Outlook, go to File->Options. (These instructions are for Outlook 2013 – but are similar to Outlook 2010).

Then choose “Trust Center” and in the pop up box, choose “Automatic Downloads”. Check the top box to disable image previews.
