Customers often ask us how to update their credit card information in Office 365. It's easy to do as long as you know where to look. Here's how:
You MUST be a global admin or billing admin to make these changes.
Step 1:
Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and log in with your company email address and password:
Step 2:
Click on your Admin icon on the home page:
Step 3:
Click on Billing:
Step 4:
Click on Subscriptions:
Step 5:
On the far right of the screen, select subscription details:
Step 6:
Under payment details hit edit and change/update your billing information:
Step 7:
Follow the steps on the payment page:
